We issue our bills without VAT, so the prices above reflect the real amount you would be required to pay for our services.

For other countryside locations we bill a Km fare of 210HUF/km
The km fare is billed from the departure from our site and is measured until we return there.
The base fare and hourly rate (and for countryside movings the km fare) include the 17m³ Opel Movano or the 21m³ Fiat Ducato 3.5 tons weighted van, the requested personel, and the distance taken travelling from our site to your location and travelling back to our site at Dunakeszi.
A minimum amount of 3 hours of working time is always billed.
Oversized and overweight items (>100kg) have an extra fee and require preliminary negotiation!
Wrapping material prices:
If necessary we wrap your belongings into high quality wrapping.
Plastic foil roll 50cm x 150m 4,000 HUF
3 layer bubble wrap 500HUF/m
We recommend this wrapping material for antique furniture, paintings or other fragile belongings.
(We provide wrapping material based on agreements before the moving.)
We do not have a weekend or holiday extra fare!
The approximate cost of the move can only be determined after an on-site assessment, as the duration of the work depends on various factors. These include parking availability in front of the building, the number of floors, whether there is an elevator, the size of the elevator, and how well-prepared the items to be moved are.
The following factors can extend the duration of the move:
If moving boxes are overfilled, they cannot be safely stacked, which increases the loading time and takes up more space in the truck.
If packing is still ongoing during the move, such as clothing or other items.
If we arrive at a busy address in Budapest and no parking space is secured for the truck. In this case, we may have to park on a nearby street and carry the items from there, which can cause significant delays.
Furniture shipping
If you choose this service, provide us with the size of your household item, and we ship it from location A to B. It doesn't matter if it's in the attic, in the basement or it's a new fridge from the store!

Our Freight Taxi Service
If you choose our freight taxi service, we provide a truck with a driver who assists with loading and unloading the cargo into the truck bed and ensures proper securing. However, the customer is responsible for the loading and unloading outside of the truck.
Pricing:
Base fare: 15,500 HUF, which includes 1.5 hours of work and 15 km.
Additional charges:
Hourly rate: 4,000 HUF / started half hour
Kilometer fee: 250 HUF / km
The time and distance calculation starts from our Dunakeszi site and ends upon return.
Example Calculation:
Transporting a sofa from Szentmihályi Street (District VI) to Bessenyei Street (District XIII) would be calculated as follows:
Route: Dunakeszi site → Szentmihályi Street → Bessenyei Street → Dunakeszi site
Total time: 1.5 hours
Total distance: 34 km
Final cost: (3 × 4,000 HUF) + (34 × 250 HUF) = 20,500 HUF
For cancellations made within 5 calendar days prior to the fulfillment date, a cancellation fee of 15,900 HUF will be charged!
